Support & Resources

How can we help you?

Visas & Immigration

Typically, a UK Student Visa (formerly Tier 4) takes about 3 weeks to process once you've attended your biometrics appointment. However, during peak periods (August/September), it can take slightly longer. We always recommend applying as soon as you receive your CAS.

If your visa is denied, don't panic. Our experts will review the refusal letter to understand the exact reasons. Depending on the situation, we can help you file an administrative review or re-apply with stronger documentation to address the refusal grounds.

While we boast a 98% success rate, no ethical agency can guarantee a visa approval, as the final decision rests solely with the embassy or high commission. However, we guarantee that your application will be 100% compliant, accurate, and presented in the strongest possible way.

Admissions & Applications

Yes! Many of our partner universities in the UK, USA, and Canada offer pre-master's programs or accept HNDs/Third Class degrees for direct Master's programs if you have relevant, strong work experience. We will evaluate your specific profile to find the best route.

It depends on your destination and the university. Many UK and Canadian universities waive the IELTS requirement for Nigerian students if you have a C6 or above in WAEC/NECO English. However, some specific courses (like Nursing or Law) might still require it.

Fees & Payments

Our initial brief profile assessments are free. However, for a comprehensive, personalized roadmap and strategy session with a senior consultant, we charge a standard consultation fee which is fully deductible from your final processing fees if you retain our services.

No. For your security and transparency, all university tuition deposits and fees are paid directly to the university's official bank account. We only receive payment for our professional consulting and processing services.
